Delivery & Returns

Delivery costs reflect what it costs us, we use Royal Mail because they seem to be the most reliable. We don’t hide postage costs in our products, and we keep our prices as reasonable as possible. Special delivery arrangements can be made on request.

We recommend leaving information about a safe place or neighbour that your order can be delivered to if you’re not likely to be at home during the daytime when your parcel arrives.

Royal Mail

We deliver to the whole of the UK, including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked: £3.95 – Your item should be with you within 5 working days, although it’s usually much quicker.

If you have special requirements regarding delivery beyond leaving a note when you place your order, feel free to contact us for a personalised service.

We cannot currently deliver to outside of the UK, including British Forces and Eire. Sorry!

Can I have my order delivered to somewhere else or as a gift?

Yes. There is a checkbox during the checkout process that will open another address field which will allow you to enter the alternate delivery details.

If your order is a gift, please leave a note in the order notes box and we can ensure it is sent without any prices.

I’ve changed my mind – can I return my order?

You can return your order for a full refund (excluding postage) as long as you can say yes to the following:

  • The item(s) you want to return is unused and still in perfect condition
  • You’ve let us know you want to send your order back within 14 days of receiving it
  • You post the order back to arrive with us within 14 days of you telling us you want to return it (28 days total)
  • You are the person that placed the order with us. If it was a gift, I’m afraid you’ll have to go through them!
  • Please note that items are returned to us at your own cost, and we recommend you use a registered postal service for your own protection. Just ask for a Proof of Postage at the Post Office.
  • You don’t need a reason to return your order to us, this is completely within your rights as a ‘distance buyer’.
    * Unfortunately, items like earrings and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How do I return an item to you?

  • Send a message to let us know you want to send something back (or make an exchange) within 14 days of receiving your order; this could be just one item or your whole order.
  • Carefully pack up the item(s) ensuring it won’t get damaged in the post.
  • Address the parcel to the returns address we send you when you contact us, and double-check it before posting.
  • Take the parcel to the post office and ask for a Proof of Postage. They’ll give you a receipt, this is very handy should it get lost in the post. Keep this in a safe place until you’ve received your refund. Items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
  • You’ll need to pay your own return postage.
  • Once we’ve received the parcel, we will begin the refund process, first we’ll check that it’s in brand new, unworn condition and in its original packaging, if so we can issue a refund. This always goes back to the account or card you used to make the purchase, and can take a few days for the banks to process.
  • That’s it! If there are any issues at any point just contact us for a quick response.

Something in my order got damaged in the post

Uh oh! We package everything up very carefully but appreciate this can occasionally happen. Please let us know immediately and we’ll be able to either arrange a replacement or refund.

My item has not arrived, I think it’s lost in the post

First please leave an extra day or 2 beyond our usual delivery times before contacting us to allow for any delays around busy times such as Christmas. Royal mail will not consider a package lost until 10 working days after delivery due date, at that point we can raise a claim for a lost item. If Royal Mail confirm non-delivery, we will then be able to refund or replace the order.

The item I bought is faulty

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or offer a refund.
