We love hearing from You. To speed things up a bit, we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below, so please check if we’ve answered your question before messaging. Thank you :-)
We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders up to £50 in value. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge. Everything is delivered by Royal Mail.
We accept all the usual Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, all payments are processed by Stripe.
We say up to five working days, but this is just to cover any delays in the postal system, or the odd Monday off if we’ve been out ourselves. Usually you can expect to see your parcel much sooner.
As soon as you place your order, we receive a notification, we then pick, pack and post your package out to you. You don’t need to do anything until it arrives, then just wear it and look fabulous!
Yes, invoices are automatically sent when we process your order.
We prefer email/contact form initially, but yes you can phone. We’re often busy and can’t answer, if so it’ll go through to voicemail so you can leave a message, the number is 0800 0488832
